Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as:

We only accept return/replacement requests if the product is damaged.

To be eligible:

  • You must record a clear unboxing (opening) video
  • The video must start before opening the package
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video
  • The video should be continuous (no cuts or edits)

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share the unboxing video along with your order details

  • Once verified, we will provide:
    • Replacement of the same product, OR
    • Refund (if replacement is not available)
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
  • Requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
  • Slight color differences due to lighting/screen settings are not considered defects
