At Perfect Collections, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
β No Return Policy
We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Color variation
- Personal preference
β Damaged Product Claims
We only accept return/replacement requests if the product is damaged.
To be eligible:
- You must record a clear unboxing (opening) video
- The video must start before opening the package
- The damage must be clearly visible in the video
- The video should be continuous (no cuts or edits)

If you receive a damaged product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the unboxing video along with your order details
- Send it via:

π Resolution Process
- Once verified, we will provide:
- Replacement of the same product, OR
- Refund (if replacement is not available)
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5β7 business days
β οΈ Important Notes
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
- Requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
- Slight color differences due to lighting/screen settings are not considered defects
